Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. Your main responsibility is to engage with SME clients, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable financing solutions such as term loans, trade lines, invoice factoring and government-backed schemes. You will be working closely with our internal credit processing team, who oversee the end-to-end application process in coordination with our panel of banks and financial partners. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a basic understanding of financial solutions, and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build good relationships with business clients and help them grow with the right financial solutions, while following all local regulations.
- Meet with business owners to understand their needs and challenges.
- Recommend financing options to help them manage cash flow and grow their business.
- Work closely with clients to plan solutions that match their business goals.
- Review and screen business information using our internal tools to suggest suitable financing options and flag key risks before submitting for approval.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build long-term partnerships and grow our business portfolio.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in a financial or government agency role helping SMEs get loans or funding.
- Added advantage if you have experience in contract financing, trade finance, invoice financing, or factoring.
- Must be good at building connections, analyzing finances, and closing sales. You should be proactive, energetic, honest, and have a good sense of business.
- Strong people skills – able to talk to and connect with people at all levels.
- Open-minded, driven, and willing to stick with tasks until they’re completed.
- Can work independently with little supervision and focus on meeting targets.
- Must speak English and Mandarin, as many of our clients are Mandarin-speaking.

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter to support our sales team. Your main role is to contact potential SME clients from the leads provided, introduce our financing solutions, and schedule meetings for our Financial Advisors. You will play a key part in generating qualified clientele, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, and following up to maintain engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to explain our loan services and products clearly to potential SME clients. Leads and training are provided.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our Financial Advisors, ensuring both parties’ availability.
- Follow up prospects to address questions and encourage meeting attendance.
- Create a positive experience for every potential client.
Performance Goals:
- Achieve targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments.
- Accurately update and track all activities in our system.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Age between 18 – 40 years old.
- With / without experience in tele-sales, customer service
- Minimum SPM, preferably Diploma in any disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
